About this home

Located between Independence and Coffeyville, or 2 miles north of Dearing, sits this beautiful 27 +/- small acreage farm with blacktop frontage. The old home on it is not livable. This property has a nice pole barn with a corral on the backside, as well as other sheds. The pasture has a good stand of mixed grasses throughout. Two ponds are on the property, 1 has water in it currently the other is dry. As you walk through the pasture you will notice the wildlife cover, such as blackberry bushes and cedar trees that are sure to hold some wild game. Being 6 miles from Independence or 6 miles to Coffeyville would make it easy to commute. Hillcrest Golf Course is 4 miles away. Utilities are available and are on the property.
