About this home

Here is an opportunity to own a perfect property to setup your own hobby farm! This 40 acre tract m/l, includes an Amish style 1 and ½ story 3 bedroom house with shop and machine shed. The farm is fenced and cross fenced and ready for your livestock. The farm is a mix of grass and timber and provides plenty of hunting opportunity is you wish. The well-built machine shed is 64’ X 26’ with 14 ft lean-tos on both sides and is large enough to store all your equipment and toys. There is a shop that is insulated and has concrete floors that would make for a great man cave or workshop. Like I said the farm is ready for your livestock, it is fenced and cross fenced and has several out-buildings. One of those is a 40’ X 26’ loafing shed with a hay manger. The house is well built and finished. The main floor is an open concept, the upstairs has two bedrooms and there is beautiful wood flooring throughout. Water and electric are both at the road. This farm is located down a scarcely traveled gravel and makes for a very quiet setting. It would be a great place to raise a family and live off the grid if so desired. Please call with questions or to schedule a showing.
