About this home

Beautiful building lot within the gated community of Linn Valley Lakes. There is a water view of the main lake and and there is a path that leads from the rear of the lot to a cove of the main lake. This lot (lot #2315) has been cleared of the small trees, but the the older growth shade trees are still in place. There are water lines, sewer lines and electricity at the street. Build a home with a walkout lower level as this lot has the perfect slope for that type of floor plan. There is no requirement to build. You can simply purchase the land now and build in the future. Linn Valley has a private 18 hole golf course and a 135 acre lake for boating, swimming and skiing. Boats up to 160 hp and jet skis are allowed. Drive your golf cart or ATV to the pools, the beach, public docs, disc golf or mini golf. There is so much to enjoy, but the first step is to secure a spectacular lot and begin the process of fulfilling your dreams of a lake home.
