About this home

Restaurant, Brewery, Wine Bar, Boutique, Airbnb, Event Venue? This one of a kind property is ready for your vision. Built in 1903, this classic two-story building has had several incarnations; tea room, bar and restaurant, ice cream parlor and candy shop. Most significant to the building's history is the 80 years it served as the local pharmacy. A true pillar of the community. With all the charm one might expect to find in a Norman Rockwell painting. This rare property is anything but basic. Antique apothecary cabinet, marble soda fountain, authentic tin tile ceilings, hardwood floors and a huge (working) vintage neon Drug Store sign are rich with nostalgic charm. This truly unique property will evoke a sense of time travel that makes it a must-see destination. Commercial and residential use, the property comes with a commercial kitchen, upstairs living quarters or office space. It is currently equipped for a restaurant and catering business with a private adjoining bar and ice cream parlor. The upper floor features a large conference area, three additional rooms, two bathrooms, a shower, kitchenette and private entrance. It has been home to a banquet hall, medical office, dance studio and living quarters. This is an extraordinary opportunity to envision your future with this lovingly preserved piece of the past.
