About this home

If you’ve been looking for a country home with great views, here’s your chance! This 75+/- acre property sits in the Missouri River Bluffs and offers views for miles and miles. Conveniently located just off K Highway, south of Amazonia, MO, it’s only a short drive to St. Joseph and Savannah and in the Savannah School District. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sunroom addition. From the sunroom, step onto the deck to enjoy the view, or head down to the in-ground pool. A large 3-bay shop offers concrete floors, living quarters, and a bathroom—plenty of room for storage, projects, or equipment. There’s also a detached 1-car garage with concrete flooring, and an emergency storm shelter/cellar located underneath. The property provides good hunting opportunities, with mowed trails for easy access. A professional logger recently walked the land and noted many walnut trees on the property that were not quite ready for harvest--offering potential timber income in the future.
