About this home

Recreational Farm with Income! This 80 acre Worth County farm offers some of the best hunting potential in Northwest Missouri. The farm consists of CRP with an incredible food plot site and mature timber. There is great access off of Hwy 169 making this property a fantastic building site for a new home or cabin. The property is neighbored by a large block of mature timber making the nearly 4 acre food plot a hot spot for deer activity year round. If your looking for a property with an annual income, this farm checks that box with a brand new CRP contract. The farm has 39 acres enrolled in CRP paying $151 per acre and $5,897 per year expiring in 2035. Located just north of the Gentry/Worth County line this farm has a history of producing mature whitetails every year. Not very often does an income producing hunting farm with this much history and potential hit the open market. Now is the perfect time to buy a hunting farm. Look for sign, learn travel patterns, hang stands and plant food plots in the spring in preparation for the season next fall.
