About this home

This 38 acres is a deer and turkey honey hole! Only a couple miles outside of Coffeyville is this well positioned farm. The terrain change and mature timber on this farm will give you the feel of the Ozarks. Two ridges running through the farm create great habitat and travel areas for wildlife of all kinds. If you have ever driven County Road 4150, south of Highway 166, then you are sure to have noticed where the road bends slightly and begins to climb seemingly straight up. Sitting on the west side of the road is this 38 acre farm. Crest the top of one of the ridges and you find a cedar tree covered pasture that provides great bedding for deer. Ideal roosting trees for turkeys are scattered throughout the farm. Set a tree stand on top of the ridge and watch how deer and turkey use this farm. During the rut, traveling bucks are sure to use this farm, following the natural elevation change and checking bedding areas.
