About this home

This property offers the full package, home, hunting, hobby farm and as much seclusion as you could ask for. As you drive down the winding driveway through the trees you arrive at the one level house nestled back off the road. Stepping in the house you find an open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen. The living room boasts a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The 3 bed 2 bath house walks out to a fenced back yard ready for your pets. The farm features a shed for equipment and also is open to the south with stalls for livestock to walk in and out of. The east end of the building is sectioned off with a concrete floor ready for your workshop. The farm also has a 60ftX120ft building full of opportunities. There are currently some horse stalls in the shed, it can continue to be used for livestock and an indoor horse riding arena or it could be used for storing equipment. One of the best features of the property is the first class hunting it offers. Take a look at the trail cam and hunting pictures. Keep in mind all these pictures are from the last two years only! There are approximately 4.5 acres of established food plots already in place. There is approximately 15 acres of timber in front of the house and a 7 acre field behind the house. Take a look at the aerial of the farm and surrounding area. This property is a piece of a large area of tremendous habitat for deer and turkey. The food plots help keep deer nearby so when the rut hits the ridgetop in the back field becomes a highway for cruising bucks. The food plots are currently in soybeans and alfalfa. The open ridgetop in the back field also is the perfect setup for turkey hunting. You will search a long time to find property set up like this one. Live where you hunt, and raise your family on your hobby farm where you can open the door and let your kids run and explore the great outdoors. Call with questions or to schedule a showing.
