About this home

These two side-by-side building lots are located within the gated community of Linn Valley Lakes. They are level lots and are great for building a home on a slab or on a crawl space. Spread out with a total lot size of 140 x 140. Double lots are increasing in value! Buy this land now at a great value - and build later. This is a private setting in the northeast part of the community with very few homes within view. You can camp for short periods of time, but can't keep your RV on this type of lot. Water lines are about 300 ft away, so public water is possible if you wish to "hook on" to Rural Water District #1 water lines. Enjoy all that there is to do in Linn Valley. There are pools, sand beaches, mini golf and an 18 hole private golf course. The main lake allows boats up to 160 hp and waverunners are ok. Ride your golf carts and ATV's on the streets of the community.
