About this home

This is a property of approximately 7 plus acres. The property is wooded but has basic utilities already in place such as electricity, water and a septic system. There are two outbuildings in place. Also, there is a mobile home on the property. It needs repair and some updating. It is an excellent place to build a home in a wooded area or replace the mobile home with a manufactured home or stick build house.
