About this home

Just 2 miles south of Albany, Missouri sits this 53.2 surveyed acre recreational tract packed with opportunity. The farm is primarily mature hardwood timber and directly adjoins over 600 acres of larger tracts, making it hunt far bigger than its footprint. A buffer strip of row crop borders the timber, providing excellent access throughout the property as well as potential annual income. This field edge also doubles as a prime setup for stand locations or could easily be converted into native grasses, bedding areas, or food plots. A dozer operator believes a 5 acre pond/lake could be built inside the timber to provide an additional water source. Along the highway you’ll find a 3–4 acre clearing, ideal for building a cabin, parking a camper, or even constructing a home site. Tracts of this size and quality rarely come available this close to town. Whether you’re chasing deer and turkey, looking to build a home, or looking for a place to hangout on the weekends, this farm checks all the boxes. (Additional 71 acres of row crop adjoins this property and can also be purchased)
